Fusion Pilates Running classes 🏃🏻♀️🏃🏽🏃🏿♂️
Are you ready to explore the beautiful areas of Nørrebro with us? Whether you’re brand new to running or an experienced runner, our classes are for you!
Our running classes are designed to meet the needs of both beginners and experienced runners. We believe that the community and joy of running can be shared by everyone, regardless of level. That’s why we’ve created an environment where everyone can feel welcome and challenged at the same time.
So put on your running shoes and let’s create amazing running experiences together in the heart of Nørrebro!
We will do three short runs of 15 minutes, all ending in front of the NF. So if you’re only looking for one or two trips, that’s possible too. Our goal is to adapt the pace to your abilities and gradually challenge you.
Tour 1 – Easy Warm-up:
- Duration: 15 min.
- Pace: Easy (approx. 6 min/km)
- Purpose: Warm-up, everyone can join in.
Tour 2 – Moderate pace:
- Duration: 15 min.
- Pace: Moderate (approx. 5:30 min/km)
- Purpose: Increase intensity and get your heart rate up a bit.
Trip 3 – Challenging Finish:
- Duration: 15 min.
- Pace: Fast (approx. 5 min/km)
- Purpose: Finish with an intense effort and push your circuit.
After the run we will gather in front of NF. If you only join a single tour, there are still plenty of possible activities for you, including mat exercises, stretching and free coffee or cocoa from the vending machine.
Kasper, our physiotherapist and triathlon athlete, runs the team. Kasper is a great sparring partner and can give you good advice and guidance for your further training and development as a runner.
