Terms and conditions

§1. Membership

A membership is personal and cannot be used by anyone other than the member. Changes to personal data such as name, address, e-mail, telephone number, bank, account number, etc. must be reported immediately to Fusion Pilates.

§2. Duration

Subscription memberships are ongoing memberships that continue until terminated in accordance with §7.

§3. Payment

When you create a subscription membership, you approve that we pull all payments from your credit card. Thereafter, the monthly benefit is automatically deducted from the member’s bank account at the beginning of each calendar month. From the age of 30, VAT will automatically be included in your membership invoice.

§4. Late payment

If the membership is not paid on time, a reminder letter will be sent to the member and a reminder fee will be charged at the applicable rate. If the member does not pay within 10 days of the stated due date, Fusion Pilates has the right to terminate the membership without notice.

§5Price changes

Price changes are communicated by email and notified with current month + 1 month before the price changes take effect. If the member then does not wish to maintain their membership as a result of the price changes, the member is entitled to terminate their membership according to the procedure in §7.

§6. Bero periods

A membership can be suspended for a minimum of 1 month and a maximum of 1 month. per year. This does not apply during the notice period of your cancellation. It costs 50kr per time you put your membership on hold.

§7. Termination of memberships

Memberships can be terminated at any time with a notice of current month + 1 month. Termination must be done in person or via email (info@fusionpilates.dk), you can only consider your termination as valid when you have received our confirmation email of your termination.

If there is any doubt as to whether a membership has been terminated, the Member must be able to prove receipt of a confirmation email of the termination of the current membership from Fusion Pilates.

§8. Minor members

If a person is under 18 years of age or a minor, a membership can only be obtained if a guardian takes out a membership for the person at the guardian’s expense and the member trains under the person’s supervision.

§9. Medical condition and personal injury

All training is at your own risk. A member is responsible for being in a state of health that allows participation in activities at Fusion Pilates.

The Center takes no responsibility for personal injury to a Member resulting from an accident or the actions or inactions of other visitors. Otherwise, Danish tort law is followed in this area.

§10. Valuables

Fusion Pilates recommends that all valuables are stored in a locked locker during training (located on the ground floor of Nørrebro Physiotherapy). Fusion Pilates is not responsible for losses due to theft or property damage.

§11. Rules of order

The rules of conduct and instructions must be followed at all times.

§ 12. Exclusion of a member

Fusion Pilates may terminate any membership agreement with immediate effect. In this case, all unused prepayments will be refunded. We do not tolerate doping, violence or abusive behavior. §13. Changes to membership terms and conditions

Fusion Pilates may change the membership terms with a notice of current month + 1 month. In the event of significant changes, including changes to membership fees, written notice shall be given.

Fusion Reformer Premium / Fusion Pilates membership

With membership you have unlimited access to all our classes. Reformer classes must be canceled 12 hours before class start or a fee of DKK 120 will be charged. Teams are canceled via our app or website in the same place where you booked the team. Attendance at class training must be 5 minutes before class start, otherwise the place can be given to someone from the waiting list.

Fusion Reforms membership

Membership gives access to 9 classes per month, i.e. 2 classes per week. Fusion classes must be canceled 12 hours before the class starts, via our app or website at the same place you booked the class. No-shows or late cancellations will be charged DKK 120. Attendance at class training must be 5 minutes before class start, otherwise the place can be given to someone from the waiting list.

Total membership

The full membership gives unlimited access to all our basic and reformer classes including free training in the gym. The membership is not valid for hyrox classes. Classes must be attended 5 minutes before the start of the class, otherwise the place may be given to someone from the waiting list. In case of no-show or late cancellation, a fee of DKK 120 is charged for reformer classes and DKK 25 for basic classes. Basic classes must be canceled 2 hours before class start, reformer classes 12 hours before class start. Cancellations must be made via our app or website, in the same place as you booked the class.

Youth / Student membership

Membership gives access to 9 classes per month, i.e. 2 classes per week. Fusion classes must be canceled 12 hours before the class starts, via our app or website at the same place you booked the class. No-shows or late cancellations will be charged DKK 120. Attendance at class training must be 5 minutes before class start, otherwise the place can be given to someone from the waiting list. Membership is ongoing and automatically renewed every month until you turn 21 or your student card expires, after which your membership automatically transitions to a Fusion Reformer membership. Valid ID and/or student ID must be documented upon enrollment. This membership is no longer available for purchase.

By signing physically or by registering online, the Member indicates that he/she has read and accepted the conditions of membership as described above.
