How can I book a trial class?

You can book a trial class through our online shop.

When and how do I check-in for class?

You have to check in at least 5 min before class starts. You can check in using our app or the screen at the entrance. You will be charged a fine of 120 kr if you come too late, and you furthermore risk losing your spot to members on the waitlist and, thus, one of your reformer sessions that week (if you are on the fusion reformer membership).

Do you have classes in English?

Yes, we do! We have classes almost every day, please find them on the schedule.

How much is a trial class?

You can book a trial class for free. Be aware that you will have to register your credit card details in our booking system to create an account, this does not mean that you are being charged for the trial class. Please be aware that our booking system requires you to share your credit card details when you create a user profile.

I have signed up for a class but am currently on the waitlist. When can I expect to be notified that I moved off the waitlist?

Waitlisted clients will automatically move from the waitlist to the class up until 12 hours before the start of the given class time. You cannot move from the waitlist to the class after that time point.

Is my spot given to someone else if I check-in/arrive too late?

Yes, your spot will be given to those who are on the waitlist and have checked in for class. If there is no waitlist, the spot will still be yours.

Should I show up to a class even though I am waitlisted?

No, you do not have to show up when you’re on the waitlist and you will not be charged 120 kr if you do not show up. But you are welcome to stop by to see if you can get a spot in case of late or no-show.

What should I wear?

Sportswear and non-slip socks (e.g. ToeSox, which we sell in our honesty shop). Participants are not allowed to participate without socks.

How do I book a trial class?

When do I need to check in for class?

You must check in 5 minutes before the class starts. You can register your arrival by checking in using our App or by using the screen at the entrance. If you are late, you will be fined 120 kr. You also risk your spot being given to someone on the waiting list and losing your clip for that week.

How do I check in?

You can check in via the app and check-in screen. If you experience any issues with the app, simply use the check-in screen to register your arrival. Remember that the app must have permission for location services and Bluetooth enabled to be able to check you in. On the check in screen – Press “login”, enter your phone number and press attendance. In the app – First login, then press “check-in” select your department and swipe. App check-ins for Reformer classes must be done in the waiting area of our Reformer studio. If you check in upstairs, you will be registered for checking in at the fitness center.

What are the check-in rules?

1.if you show up on time for a class, you will use a credit and will not be charged. (your 2 weekly reformer sessions).
2.if you are absent or late, you will automatically be charged a fee. If there is a spot available in class, you can join, if the class is full, you cannot join.
3.if you are sick, you can write an email to before 9 am on the day. We will then check you in for class so that you use a clip but don’t get charged a fine. (class allowance for that week).

I’m pregnant. Can I still come to reformer Pilates workouts?

Yes, you are welcome to do so. We recommend coming to our Mama Reformer or Flow Basic classes. If you would like to book a consultation with a GynObs physiotherapist, before coming to reformer classes, it is possible to book an appointment with us.

I arrived late and couldn’t check-in, can I still participate?

If there is a spot available in class, you can join, if the class is full, you cannot join.

When do I have to cancel a booked class at the latest?

The deadline to unsubscribe from a reformer class is 12 hours.

Will I be fined if I miss a booked class?

Yes, it costs 120 kr if you don’t come to a booked reformer class.

Do I also have to pay a fine if I get sick and the deadline to cancel the class has passed?

In case of acute illness, you can call us at 35814800 or send an email to Contacting us by email or phone must be done no later than 9:00 in the morning and this means that you don’t have to pay a fine of 120 DKK but you lose one of your weekly clips if you have a Fusion Reformer membership.

Will my spot be given away if I am late for a booked class?

If you arrive late to a class, you risk your spot being given to someone on the waiting list.

How many times can I come to reformer classes per week?

If you have a Fusion Reformer membership, you can come to 2 weekly reformer classes per week. If you come to more than 2 classes per week, it costs 60 kr per class. If you have a Fusion Reformer Premium membership, you can come as many times as you like!

Is it possible to take a shower after class?

We have shower facilities on the ground floor: next to the gym and on the opposite side next to the large fitness room.

I have a Fusion Reformer membership and would like to come more than twice a week, is this possible?

It is possible to attend more than 2 reformer classes per week, but each additional class costs 60 kr. You can consider switching to our unlimited membership if you want to attend reformer classes more than 2 times a week.

Do you still have Barre and Mat Pilates classes?

No, we don’t have those classes anymore.

What are the terms of cancellation?

Termination of your subscription must be done in writing. The notice period is the current month + 1 month. Send an email to our secretary:

Is it possible to put membership on hold?

Yes, it is possible to put your membership on hold once a year. A membership can be suspended for a minimum of 1 month and a maximum of 3 months. per year. This does not apply during the notice period of your cancellation. It costs 50 kr if put your membership on hold. You can put your membership on hold yourself in the app (Profile->Membership->Suspend button->Select date).
