How do I book a trial class?

You can book a trial lesson here.

How do I check in?

You must check in no later than 5 minutes before the class starts. You can check in via our app or the screen at the entrance. You will be fined 120 kr if you are late, and you also risk losing your place on the waiting list and thus one of your reformer sessions (if you are on the fusion reformer membership). Contact the instructor in case of problems with check-in.

I have booked 2 classes in a row, how do I check in?

You need to check in for each team. That is, before the first team and then again before the second team.

Do you have a student membership?

No, we no longer offer a student membership.

Can I book as many classes as I want?

If you have a Fusion Reformer membership, you can only book 9 classes per month and you cannot book more than that. Feel free to spread your bookings throughout the month. If you have a Fusion Reformer Premium membership, you can have 20 active bookings/reservations, with unlimited classes throughout the month.

When are classes being released in the booking system?

You can see the upcoming 4 weeks in the booking system, the schedule is released on a rolling basis (e.g. a new day every day).

Do you have classes in English?

Yes, we do! We have classes almost every day, please find them on the schedule marked with ENG.

Where can I find the membership terms?

Find them on our website.

How much does a trial lesson cost?

A trial class costs 120 kr. You do not subscribe for a membership when you buy a trial class. Come to our intro class if it’s your first time.

I have registered for a class but am currently on the waiting list. When can I expect to be notified that I have been allocated a place?

You will receive an answer no later than 12 hours before the class starts. If you are still on the waiting list after the deadline has passed, you have not been allocated a place and do not need to come to the class. You are welcome to take a chance and come to the class, as you will get a place if someone doesn’t show up. You still need to check in and you use a clip if you get a seat.

Will my spot be given to someone else if I check-in/late?

Yes, if you arrive late, you risk your seat going to someone on the wait list (if they have shown up and checked in).

Do I have to show up even though I’m on the wait list?

No, you don’t have to show up when you’re on the waiting list and you won’t be charged 120 kr if you don’t show up. But you are welcome to drop by to see if you can get a spot in case someone is late or doesn’t show up.

What should I wear?

Sportswear and non-slip socks (e.g. ToeSox, which we sell in our honesty shop). Participants are not allowed to participate without socks.

How do I cancel my membership?

Your resignation must be sent to our reception info@fusionpilates.dk

How do I check-in using the App?

You can use our App to check in. Remember that you must be in the reform hall, otherwise you will be in the wrong section. If you experience any issues with the app, simply use the check-in screen to register your arrival. Remember that the app must have permission for location services and Bluetooth enabled in order to check-in via app.

What are the check-in rules?

1.if you show up on time for a class, you will use a credit and will not be charged. (part of your 2 weekly reformer sessions if you have a fusion reformer membership). 2. If you arrive late, you must contact the instructor immediately to be checked in. Later requests cannot be processed.
3.If you fail to show up, you will automatically be charged a fee of DKK 120.
4.if you fall ill, you can write an email to info@fusionpilates.dk before 9am on the day. We will then check you in for class so that you use a clip but don’t get charged a fine. We cannot remove you from the class list, as someone else will then get a spot with too short notice.

I’m pregnant. Can I still come to reformer Pilates workouts?

Yes, you are welcome to do so. We recommend coming to our Mama Reformer or Flow classes. If you would like to book a consultation with a GynObs physiotherapist, before coming to reformer classes, it is possible to book an appointment with us.

I arrived late and couldn’t check-in, can I still participate?

If there is a spot available in class, you can join, if the class is full, you cannot join. Our instructors can help you, contact them right away.

When do I have to cancel a booked class at the latest?

The deadline to unsubscribe from a reformer class is 12 hours. If you cancel after the deadline, your spot will be released, but you will still be charged a fee of 120 kr.

Will I be fined if I miss a booked class?

Yes, it costs 120 kr if you don’t show up for a booked reformer class and you lose a clip.

Do I also have to pay a fine if I get sick and the deadline to cancel the class has passed?

In case of acute illness, you can send an email to info@fusionpilates.dk. Contacting us must be done no later than 9.00 in the morning and this means that you don’t have to pay a fine of 120 DKK but you lose one of your monthly points if you have a Fusion Reformer membership.

Will my spot be given away if I am late for a booked class?

If you arrive late to a class, you risk your spot being given to someone on the wait list.

How many times can I come to class per month?

If you have a Fusion Reformer membership, then you can come up to 9 classes per month (a month runs from the first of each month until the last day of a month). If you have a Fusion Reformer Premium membership, then you can participate in as many classes as you like.

Is it possible to take a shower after class?

We have shower facilities on the ground floor: next to the gym and on the opposite side next to the large classroom (Nørrebro Fysioterapi).

I have a Fusion Reformer membership and would like to come to more than 9 classes per week. Is that possible?

That is unfortunately not possible. You can consider switching to our unlimited membership, or to buy a 10x class pass to supplement your Fusion Reformer membership.

How do I change my membership?

Send an email to our secretary: info@fusionpilates.dk, she can help you change your membership. This cannot be done in the app.

What are the terms of cancellation?

Termination of your subscription must be done in writing. The notice period is the current month + 1 month. Send an email to our secretary: info@fusionpilates.dk

Do you share the schedule somewhere?

You can find the class schedule in the booking system.

Where can I download your app?

Google Play Store or Apple Store.

Is it possible to put my membership on hold?

Yes, it is possible to put your membership on hold once a year. A membership can be paused for a minimum of 1 month and a maximum of 3 months. per year. This does not apply during the notice period of your cancellation. It costs 50 kr if to your membership on hold. You can put your membership on hold in the app (Profile->Membership->Suspend button->Select date).

May I leave before class finishes?

We ask all members to stay until the class has ended to avoid disruption.

Do you have classes for beginners?

Yes, we have intro classes that we recommend for beginners.

Do you still have video teams?

No, we don’t have video teams anymore.

Do you have a changing room?

Yes, we have. You will find it in the right corner of the waiting area.
