Reformer X Barre
Join us for an exciting and unique 50-minute event where Reformer meets Barre training!
This special session combines all the advantages of Reformer Pilates with the dynamic and dance-inspired movements of Barre. In this class you get:
A comprehensive reformer workout to tone and strengthen your entire body.
Barre exercises incorporated into the routine using the reformer jumpboard instead of a traditional ballet bar for standing Barre exercises.
About Barre: Barre is a dance-inspired workout that blends elements of Pilates, ballet and gymnastics. It focuses on small, controlled movements and high repetitions to target specific muscle groups, improve flexibility and enhance core strength. Despite its dance roots, you don’t need to be a dancer or have any dance experience to join!
