Join us on a holistic journey that begins with a calming start meditation, followed by a 1-hour Reformer Basic Flow workout. The second part of the event will consist of 50 minutes of yin yoga-inspired stretches, breath work and relaxation. A perfect opportunity to nurture your body, mind and soul. 🌿💫
