Event: Power Reformer & Lecture on proteins
Do you want to give your body a boost? Then this event is for you. We invite you to an energizing evening in our reformer pilates studio, where we combine an intense training session with an inspiring presentation by nutrition and health advisor Signe Søndergaard on proteins and nutrition.
What can you expect?
A 45-minute Power Reformer workout that tones and strengthens the whole body. Our skilled instructor Maren will guide you through the exercises on the reformer so you get the most out of your session – whatever your level.
Right after your workout, we’ll treat you to a delicious Protein Greenie – a healthy and flavorful smoothie packed with protein and vegetables that will re-energize you for a 45-minute protein presentation.
We go through:
- What are proteins?
- Why is protein important, especially when exercising?
- How do you make sure you get enough protein in your daily life? – with concrete examples and meal inspiration to make it easy to get protein into your diet.
The workshop is open to everyone, regardless of experience and fitness level. You get a welcome greenie and the opportunity to improve your relationship with food and exercise.
