On January 1, 2024, our new reformer classes will be added to the class schedule: Cardio and Strength reformer.
In our Cardio class, we perform exercises on the mat next to the reformer and otherwise use the jumpboard and reformer to get the heart rate up and train endurance.
We focus on strength and power in our strength classes. Here we use heavy loads, fewer repetitions and we add dumbbells as resistance.
Can be booked by anyone with a Fusion Reformer or Fusion Reformer Premium membership.
