Have you just given birth and is exercise and movement important to you? Then our Mother and Baby training program is for you.
Pregnancy, childbirth and a new role as a mother is hard on both body and mind. Physically, it can affect the strength and muscle mass around the pelvic floor, hips and abdomen. Sleep and stress levels can also be affected.

About the Mother & Baby training program
The class is taught by physiotherapist Lovisa Engell-Bergman who specializes in gynecology and obstetrics. She has extensive experience in helping women return to their workouts after giving birth. Here you can workout in a safe environment and get answers to your questions about the postpartum body.
The main focus will be on rehabilitation of the mother, but also stimuli and the involvement of the baby in the training.
The mother’s training will primarily focus on pelvic floor, hip and core stability, but will also be a general training of the whole body to recover as well as possible after childbirth. Baby’s training is done through involvement in the training of the mother as well as exercises to strengthen motor development and stimulate social skills.
The program lasts 8 weeks with 2 classes per week. It’s a closed group with a maximum of 10 participants who workout together and there will be enough space for your baby, too.
For the duration of the program, you will have access to our Fusion Reformer Premium membership worth DKK 669 per month. Here you can join all reformer Pilates classes.
