Our Reformer Mama classes are tailored for pregnant and postpartum women who want a safe and effective reformer workout.
In Reformer Mama you get a full body workout with a focus on strength, flexibility and healthy posture. The class is ideal for new moms, pregnant women or anyone who wants to rebuild strength and body awareness in a safe and supportive environment. Classes are taught by our experienced instructors and physiotherapists with specialized training in pelvic floor training.
You’re welcome to bring your baby, there’s space for breastfeeding, baby monitor and the sounds that go with it. The atmosphere is relaxed and spacious, so you can focus on yourself while still having your baby close by.
👉 Classes are held in Danish or English, depending on the participants.
Practical info
- Classes are on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday mornings.
- There is room for a maximum of 17 participants per team.
- Strollers must be parked in the courtyard. For fire safety reasons, they may not be placed on the terrace or brought into the studio.
Book via our booking system – Reformer Mama is available for both Fusion Reformer and Fusion Reformer Premium members.
